Got the screen replaced and it broke after a light fall in less than 24 hours. Couldnt get anyone on the phone after it happened and after going in and waiting for 20 minutes for someone to show up at the stand, they wouldnt replace it. Id understand if it was a week+ but it wasnt even 24 hours. Cheap screens.

My s/o and I recently had a bad experience with Street Talk, and I am compelled to express my dissatisfaction. The entire process, from the moment my s/o was returned of his supposedly repaired device, was an absolute nightmare. Not only was there a blatant lack of communication regarding the status of the repair, but the employee also seemed unwilling to address the concerns. To make matters worse, the quality of the repair work was abysmal; the initial problem persisted, indicating a complete lack of competence. This interaction with Street Talk left us both deeply disappointed, frustrated, and questioning the integrity of their services. I STRONGLY advise against entrusting any phone repairs to this company. It's disheartening to encounter this in a service that is vital for many people, especially for us college students.
