I went to get my display changed because it stopped working, they quoted me a price and said they would throw in a free screen protector, I said fine and did it. my phone worked fine but the screen felt very springy and there would be times where the screen wouldnt read my finger when I tapped on something so I took it back. he tried to turn the vibration of my phone off and said problem was fixed but I told him that I always had it on and turning it off didnt fix the problem plus it still had the issue of the screen not reading my finger when I tapped on the screen. he then tried to say that it was the screen protector that was causing that and that he has the same problem with his new iphone 15, I informed him that I never had that problem with the screen protector before. he insisted and said to take the screen protector off and use it for the week and if the problem continues hell change the display. I agreed and the week passed by and I was still having the same problem. I went back and said he had to keep it overnight to claim something I forgot but I said whatever and left my phone. got it the next day but it was with a different man and when he gave me my phone back I asked for a new screen protector since it was originally included and I only had to take it off bc I was directed too. the man seemed like he didnt want to do it but did it anyways but didnt do a good job. he just put the screen protector off without cleaning the screen and aligning it properly, I was already frustrated so I just dealt with it and left. my phone had been working fine for about 3 weeks until it recently started failing once again. I do not recommend coming here, honestly when I would talk to them, it seemed like they werent even sure of what they were saying. do yourself a favor and go somewhere else other than here! If I could name names I would but I do not remember.

Sam was amazing and attentive. Fixed my daughter's iPad screen and recommended the perfect screen and case for the iPad. Would recommend anyway

1) Added on more repair work without pre-authorization. 2) Returned a product in the same state as when we left it - unable to charge (and yes we tried 10 different cables) 3) Took it back for another week, got it charged again somehow, got it home still won't charge, 10 different chargers 4) Come back in and we're greeted with "Oh you broke it again?" So professional, eh? No, it's never been fixed. We asked for 50% back and no dispute no bad review, well here we are. Oh and... 5) Kept getting an unknown call that never left a message - it was iGeek to let us know the initial repair was done. LEAVE A FREAKING MESSAGE!
