Kinda strange, never had a car stolen till I rented a vehicle at enterprise, be aware if your insurance company has you take your vehicle to Gerber Collision, Collin , and his girlfriend will talk about you.
Yes, her name is Helie or something of that nature ( what ever that thing is) will cost you time and money. And you will not get what you needed done.
My vehicle , strangely and misterisly , was stolen, I had to pay 435 dollars in storage and Banned from renting from enterprise.
Those two individuals are putting my job in jeopardy. Nice huh, just like a malinial , entitlement, greed, and a fat one for customer service.
Save yourself headaches, scams and your hard earned dollar and rent from Hertz.
Im so beside my self .
I will include a photo of the vehicle and rental vehicle getting stolen, strangely enough, my wife seen that same vehicle at enterprise when we picked up the rental.
Btw freinds, even if you dont smoke, please take a video of the car and interior, this place loves to throw there cigarette butts in the vehicle and mail a 300 service fee for smoking. Ya , they do it
Oh almost forgot, strangely enough, you will return your vehicle and it will still show out, when it comes back they give you the sneaky gas charge. why because the manager has it rented out to a friend or app so they can make more money.
Heck they will even like me, throw you in a car you have no idea how to operate it safely. Litterly I could not figure out how to get the car in park without watching YouTube.
The car was filthy , it smelled like smoke and pot.
Bottom line, I trusted this company to help me in need, instead of getting my car replaced Im out of money, and Im driving thanks to Gerber Collision a unsafe car to go back and forth to work. Instead of getting the nessary repairs needed so I can provide emergency roadside assistance to members of West Michigan
They are only interested in themselves instead of doing the right thing and serving there community
Dont be a fool like me and stay as far away from there as possible.

Good car rental facility - very thorough and friendly staff. Deducting one star for the computers being down during my visit.
