Alamo Rent A Car - Gerald R. Ford Airport (GRR)

The service has was not great. No one helped me when I dropped it off even though there were a few around. When I asked a question they just told me I need to go inside. The person who checked us in was also rude and dismissive. I work for a large company and was traveling because of them and will be traveling more. I will not be using them again.

Fantastic customer service and amazing cars. Rented a Nissan armada in grand rapids Michigan. Also the pickup is easy and the dropoff is perfect. Hand the keys and walk away. Perfect

I rented a vehicle from Alamo for one week for a fee of $510 picking up at Sanford Orlando Airport. Our return home flight got changed flying out of St. Pete/Clearwater Airport. I returned the vehicle to St. Pete airport and Alamo charged me an additional $1349.78 because I did not return it to Sanford. My total rental for 1 week ended up being $1859.78!! I think this is an absurd charge and will no longer be renting vehicles from Alamo!!

I rented a car from Alamo in Austin Texas. I left my glasses in the car. I tried calling the same day to get them back. Calling the number on the website was a waste of time. Phone would ring and ring. Day two it was answered only to be told no one could help me and they hung up. I did manage after some time to post my loss on the Enterprise site. Apparently Alamo is owned or managed by Enterprise. Supposedly I would get a confirmation email reporting my loss but it never happened! After this post Alamo automated system reached out. This only reinforced my disdain for them.
