      image I went into this Verizon and worked with Jefferson. The BEST service in over 20years with Verizon. We had a lot going on and he worked everything out and didn't waste any time.       image This must be the worst wireless company of all time. When you contact them about upgrading your phone, or how to reduce your bill. All they can find is ways to increase you bill. Even if you want to remove services, they will find a way to charge you more.
