Sales guy was rude and annoyed to have to help a customer. After waiting over a month for my new phone to arrive, I received an open box phone with broken charging port. I was still within my 14 days and he told me I needed to go to Apple Store. ?? Nope. He was just being lazy. Made me sad.

I called to make an appointment for my elderly uncle who lives in Oro Valley. Ray answered the phone and told me they do not have a system to take appointments, but to send him in and they will take care of him. Customer Service was great
