        We came into this store on a last minute whim to add my brother to my phone plan. Jake was extremely helpful and understood our emergency situation. He made us feel so comfortable and secure about the whole process. We really appreciated his professionalism and patience throughout our entire experience and would highly recommend him to anyone!
