Let me just say Jorge is very helpful, Hes always willing to help me even with the small things, like putting on a screen saver on my new phone to helping me with any questions I have regarding my account. Overall hes amazing if there were 10 stars Id rate a full 10! Hes definitely the rep you need to go to for anything you need regarding your phone or plan! Overall the store is great!

Went in to see how much an upgrade would be for a new phone. I wasnt expecting to get the iPhone 11 that same exact day and with a surprisingly affordable price. Thanks to Andres for helping and the T-mobile team! They were welcoming and friendly!

Horrible! I originally purchased a sim card for a wireless camera from the store on irvington and i19, it worked perfectly and I needed two more. I noticed this location so stopped in. You would think they would be the same, but no way. The ASSISTANT manager no nametag (I later found out that was his real title) flat out LIED to me and said he was the District manager. The condisending tone he took when speaking to me was insulting and a true disgrace to Tmobile. I was so mad I left and went back to the Irvington store, where I was able to get the additional sim cards as well as find out who the District Manager really is. So Eric, if you happen to read this, I will be contacting you directly this week to file a formal complaint.
