We went through Costco and had a great experience! Brian was very knowledgeable and carpet was installed very quickly. Installers were polite and left the job site cleaned and vacuumed which is always appreciated.

Incredible experience . Kyrsten was a joy to work with, she helped me pick out laminate and carpet and bought samples to my home to make sure they would work with my lighting. The install teams were courteous and highly skilled. I could not be happier with the results. Carpet Den went above and beyond to ensure that i was a satisfied customer. I will definitely use them again.

Went through carpet den via costco's flooring program and they were great the whole way through. Brian, my sales rep/manager, Sent a really knowledgable team out to do the flooring install. Floors look great. Only been one week though and seeing lots of reviews mentioning issues with flooring coming apart as well as some other issues. Will update as i discover more but hopefully i dont have this issue and as of now, ive been VERY pleased
