Tim Shanahan was a great help. I requested a sample piece which arrived quickly and was a perfect match. Tim was very quick with responses and knowledgable with questions I had about the flooring and matching T-Molds. Overall great experience would shop with them again.

We have recently begun the process of shopping for some additional wood flooring for our home and happened to drive by the Hardwood Bargains store in Franklin. We found Bart Beasley to be pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable in answering our questions and providing guidance as we progress through this project. And although we are now leaning towards using sand and finish instead of pre-finished, she educated and sold us a product that we should have been using on our existing sand and finish floors, as well as what we will be installing, that we were unaware of. Thanks.

Bart has been absolutely amazing, I have been shopping for flooring at Lows and it just didn't cut it due to the limited selection Bart has been so helpful because I was on such a tight timeline getting samples to ording the flooring in a very short timespand. Thank you Bart you rock!
