      image BUYER BEWARE!!!!! We were forced to rebuild our home after it was destroyed by a tornado in 2009. We joined Direct Buy and purchased most of the products for our kitchen including; appliances, sinks, faucets, granite and cabinets for the new home. Within months of moving in we noticed the paint on the cabinets had many little chips and were directed to drive to the manufacturer of our cabinets, about 45 minutes from our home, to pick up touch up paint, which we did. Touching up the paint became a weekly event. Fast forward 5 years and we have an entire Kitchen FULL of Cabinetry with paint literally popping off!!! The Direct Buy club has changed owners, the cabinet manufacturer has changed the name of their business and no one will warranty ANYTHING :( Be VERY VERY careful doing business with this company or you could be out $10Ks of dollars like us and with a huge mess!!!
