Less than a star. Needed one simple email printed on regular paper and she wouldn’t do it.

I left my jump drive by accident, after a print job, as they forgot to place it in my bag. When I returned to pick up the drive, my files were erased and someone had been using my drive for other customers' print jobs... UNACCEPTABLE!!!

Small selection of office supplies and office furniture. Office supplies seem to be overpriced compared to Amazon and online retailers.

Took my laptop in for wireless issue. They were supposed to run a diagnostic on it and tell me what the issue was. Tech said it could be a virus. Since they could not diagnose my exact issue, decided not to use them. Went to get my laptop and stood at the service counter forever with no acknowledgement from staff. Then a staff member, Will, finally came over but was on the phone with another service tech working on another computer . No acknowledgement from him. Stood there for several more minutes waiting . Then another staff member came over, asked Will if he knew there was a customer waiting. WILL blew him off. And walked away. The last staff member did not apologize for the lack of service. Terrible..Will never use them.

Martha was so helpful and sweet Office Depot is lucky to have her I came in Sunday aug 29 2021 Placed a order 5 mins before they closed Martha said she will get her staff to complete my order since she is off Monday I came in on Tuesday aug 30 and it was not complete Not sure why her staff didn’t get it done especially since Martha is head of the department I hope they are giving her the respect she deserves
