Horrible service. 2x they try to hand me off to call 800 instead of helping me. Ive gone here for years and its gone downhill. The people look so unprofessional like if youre handling ppls money you at least should wash your face and hair to come to work.

I went in to open 3 accounts. They couldn't accommodate me nor could they speak to me professionally. They then asked me to make an appointment to come back which they needed my ID and info to make. I came back for the appointment I made for the following monday. Apparently I had no appointment and was spoken too AGAIN, unprofessionally. Get some professionals that can speak honestly and frankly to adults if you want my business. AVOID THIS LOCATION!

I absolutely hate chase bank. They are always unable to help with any of the smallest of request. I have multiple accounts and have been a customer for a long time. I am fed up. Time to find a new place for my business accounts and personal monies.

I really do not like to write negative posts, but I would not recommend this Chase bank outside of using the ATM or speaking with a Teller. If you have any important matters to resolve with your business bank account or with your personal account, I recommend taking the extra 5-10 minutes to drive to the Chase on Bryant Irving by the Cityview Car Wash and the Target. They are TREMENDOUSLY BETTER with their customer service. Who am I dissatisfied with? I am dissatisfied because both times I have attended this Chase in regard to my business bank account, the gentlemen that's helped me has given lack luster help, instructions, and also performed incorrect corrective action. I highly recommend not being assisted by the Relationship Banker who sits in the third cubicle from the right. Meaning that he is the furthest cubicle from the entrance. He is a taller gentlemen, and again is in the 3rd cubicle on the left that is adjacent to the wall. Why am I dissatisfied? (Part 1 - 1st Occurrence) Well, the first time I was helped by him, was before the new year. I came in asking for a pin reset because I had not used my Chase business bank account in 2 years. I brought all my paperwork, and showed proof that I owned the account. When he went to change my pin, he must have changed it in the wrong location for it not to sync with the Bank system. After his "help", I go to the ATM to confirm that my pin has been successfully changed. I put in the numbers, and they did not work. I ask him if it should take effect right away or if it takes some time. He told me sometimes it takes 2-3 business days. I said okay and continued to use zelle to transfer my funds from my business account to my personal account for a week prior to calling the support line. When I call the support line and put in my new pin it was not accepted. However, when I put in my old pin that I thought I forgot it was accepted. I confirm with the representative online, that if I'm speaking to them after the initial prompt, that I put in my pin correctly. They agreed. I then attempt to go to an ATM and am denied access to my account from putting in both my old pin and my new pin thus locking me out of access. Therefore, he did something improper in the system that denied me access to my account. Today, I was able to resolve that issue today at the Chase Bank on Bryant Irving. Fun Fact - Pin changes occur immediately. Why am I dissatisfied? (Part 2 - The final blow) I go there in attempts to get assistance with Zelle due to naming issues. I arrive to the office around 3pm (this is important). There were only 2 customers at the ATM outside the main area, and 1 customer with a teller. I walk by his desk since he is the only Relationship Banker in the office at the time and stand there waiting for him to be available (he was not with a customer). He awkwardly said hi to me, as if he didn't want to notice me, and then I asked him a question about an issue with my Zelle. He was very brief and short and did not attempt to give me further assistance. Bottom line, I need to request a name change to remove a comma out of my Zelle payment portal. Having to get a name change was not the problem, because that is a legal document and out of his control. The reason why I am dissatisfied is because of how short and brief he was with me. The office does not close until 5pm and I was there approximately at 3pm. I am not sure when he gets off, but good customer service is not brief with people and does not shoo someone off when they have questions due to a lack of understanding. He told me he could not remove the comman in brief and did not open the door for questions. He just said it's what the government requires, and I can't help any further until then. I needed to ask additional assistance with my pin problem that he allegedly fixed, but I was frustrated with how short he was with me and his lack of greeting me as a customer. Bottom Line - Do not get her for a business bank account need and definitely not from him. My review is not a reflection on the tellers.
