Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM)

Card had gotten locked earlier this week and now that I need to buy a bus pass to go to work and pay for my phone I cant do either.... Nobody from customer service numbers can help and now the closest location to me isn't even open to assist me.. now I'm stuck in this loophole of not being able to unlock my card because I need my phone to have service for me to send a code to verify my identity. Lake worth location wasnt even able to help me AND I had brought my debit card and ID! Gave me a useless paper with a number to call somebody and they said they were unable to do anything as well. If it wasn't for my friend who had let me burrow money to turn my phone on, I would have been totally screwed! To hell with Boa!

This bank has horribly hours. Fixing to close this account and go with someone else for our personal and business account. They only cost you money. I do not recommend this bank to anyone.

Had to come inside this Bank of America to make a check deposit this past week . Have had an account here for years . Always dread coming here. The desk they have to fill out your check or deposit form is small, pens never write ,no privacy if someone is next to you. Hand the teller the check and deposit slip, and my drivers license. Apparently I put the acct number on the left side and not on the right. I'm told it is wrong .OK. deposit slip states acct number either left or right..Next I' m asked if I have a debit card .NO I told teller this is not my primary bank. Then I get the look.They had to type in my account number in the computer like I was inconveniencing them. My primary bank does not treat there customers like this. This is not the first time I' ve had a problem with this bank. I always have two different banks I deal with just in case one shuts down for some reason. Maybe it's time to find a new bank.
