I was impressed from the beginning of the apartment finding mission. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The grounds are beautifully maintained and clean. I was shocked when they told me the apartments had been here for at least twenty years. The buildings look much newer. I have now been living here close to a month and I am so pleased. The apartment is quiet, I do not hear much from neighbors. It is so cozy and convenient. The appliances are beautiful and efficient, the closets are roomy. I had not lived in an apartment for several years so was not sure I would like it, but this apartment is wonderful. I highly recommend Fountain Brook Apartments.

I have just recently moved in here and so far the experience has been amazing! Sherry was extremely helpful during the application process.
We love all the dog amenities like the dog park and the pet spa.
Can't wait to enjoy the pools in the warmer months.

We have loved our experience at Fountain Brook so far! Any maintenance requests are responded to in a timely manner and the landscaping is always top notch. We especially have loved having a pool that is so close to us that is always clean and well maintained.

I have enjoyed living here the past year and 1/2. I love the dog friendly environment and dog park. Ive met some great fellow dog owners. Anytime Ive have a maintenance issue, the response time is quick and easy. I appreciate the service.
