My wife and I moved in a few weeks ago and have made this our home. I was raised in this area and have driven by these apartments hundreds of times. The remodeling is very evident and a far cry from where they were in the past. The new owners have put a lot of work and costs into these units. Fully remodeled, new flooring, carpeting, paint, kitchen cabinets, appliances, fixtures, etc... The rent is reasonable compared to other locations. The staff has been nothing but welcoming and quick to address any issues or concerns.

If I could give this place a -5 stars, I would. Heres my overall experience living here for a year and a month. When we first moved in, a power outlet in the kitchen needed to be replaced. When the first maintenance person came and fixed it, they flipped the breaker back on and it arched the dryer wire. It melted and we had issues with the dryer. They finally came with a new maintenance person to fix the dryer, three months later.. In February, there was a storm and the roof needed to be fixed on our apartment.. it sat with a tarp on it until we had water coming in months later. We also had an outlet downstairs that looked like it had water damage.. We decided to move and we let them know we would be going month to month in July. The day after.. they accused us of smoking pot and said we were violating our lease. Then.. after we paid our last 1800 dollar monthly rent.. Our kitchen had a power surge. All the power in the apartment dimmed and the lights and power in the kitchen could be controlled from the stove. We called the maintenance person and when he tried flipping the breaker again, it caught on fire. We had to stay in a hotel for 19 days while they got a non-licensed electrician to just replace the breaker box. When we moved back in, we still had no power in the upstairs bathroom because it was tripping the breaker. We needed the third maintenance person since we moved in to come and fix it.. This was after they had done an inspection which it somehow passed. We left and it took almost 2 months before we were paid back for the time we couldnt stay in the apartment. I will also say our electric bill was almost 300 dollars every single month. We moved into a home thats twice the size, and its half the price, with the same electric company. There are electrical issues here that are being neglected, and I hope nobody gets hurt as a result of poor management.
