image I've been a patient of Dr. Gaskins for many years now and I'm totally convinced of his expertise, empathy and efficiency in caring for my sleep issues. He's also very personable. I'd recommend him to anyone.
He also has a right-hand office manager named Dedra, who does all the admin and has been my advocate for issues with insurance companies for quite a few years, fighting my battles and obtaining positive results when I couldn't. She's a keeper.
Med One Sleep Center has done at least 4 sleep studies with me over the last decade+. The facility is clean, the beds are comfortable and the staff pleasant and knowledgeable.
Overall, Med One Sleep Center is easily 5 stars in my personal experience.

image I've been at patient of Dr. Elnaggar's at Med One since 2017, and I've always had great experiences during my visits. Everyone has always been pleasant and professional. Dedra, the office manager, has helped me tremendously with DME issues, and just today was able to get me a new CPAP after my current machine broke. I would like to thank both of them for helping me with this. Unfortunately, this kind of service is rare these days. I highly recommend Med One, and I would have no reservations referring anyone to them.

image From Reception, to nurse, to Dr., to scheduling. Hands down THE best medical encounter Ive ever experienced in my 39 years. I havent had my sleep study yet, but Id be willing to bet itll be just as pleasurable. Whoever thought going to the doctor would be pleasurable?!

image I had an absolutely horrible experience with Francis. Month ago I showed up to do my first study. Francis put the all the leads on me and told me to lay down in bed and sleep. That was all the instruction I got. She did not tell me what I was supposed to expect or anything. At 5am she woke me up and said I was done. I was surprised because it was going to be longer and she never told me when I was going to finish. Last night, I had to go back for my second study and there was Francis again. Just like the first time I was hooked up to the equipment without any explanation. The only difference was she hooked me onto a CPAP. I have been have difficult time going to sleep until midnight recently so I ask her to turn off the CPAP until I am ready to fall asleep. I was on the phone talking to my wife and right before midnight Francis comes in. She turns the CPAP and said that I have to go to sleep now and the doctor also called to turn it on. This was a lie because this morning I called Christy (I hope I spelled her name correctly), the supervisor said no one will call at that time to do so. I couldnt get comfortable with the nose mask since Francis didnt explain what I was supposed to expect about the procedure. I told her my nose was getting congested and I wasnt able to go to sleep. She switch to a full mask but it was the same thing plus my mouth was getting dry. I took the mask off and had it off for about three minutes. I know Francis is not monitoring the patients through the camera. I know she is sleeping because every time she came in she was yawning. I told her I cant tolerate either of them through the camera. Francis asked what do you want to do through the camera. Arent you the specialist who should tell me what to do? Then Ms. Caroline came in. Very politely she asked what my issue was and explained to me what I was supposed to do. This is when I finally was explained on how everything work and how I should be breathing. Ms Caroline did her best to calm me down and I attempted on both mask to see if I can go to sleep. But at this point I was wide awake, very frustrated of Francis, and very uneasy about sleeping with the CPAP. At 2am I told Francis that I cant fall asleep. She told me I can sign the paper work and leave. This morning I explained my experience with Francis to Christy. She was very professional and was willing to help me schedule new appointment. I gave it a two star rating for Ms Caroline and Christy. They were professional and very knowledgeable with their jobs. Fransic on the other hand was absolutely horrible. She is unprofessional and did not know what she was doing. This place is good but if you get your sleep study done ask for Ms Caroline because she is amazing. Obviously, dont ask for Francis and if you get her ask for someone else.

image The young black lady at the front desk has a very nasty attitude. I think her name is Angela.
Dismissive, interrupts when the patient is speaking and over talks them, huffs into the phone, rolling the eyes, condescending tone. I can go on. Shes a very ignorant person to allow herself to behave that way. What kind of leader is supporting such childish, immature, and unprofessional behavior? Its beyond me and simply turns my stomach.
This young lady needs to either get a grip or go work in a corner somewhere so she doesnt have to work with the public. I find it to be very WEAK leadership to force the public to endure such a disgusting demeanor. Most likely they are aware and will lazily let things slide until the situation gets out of hand. That is a very ghetto and sloppy way to run an establishment.
Please hire professional men and women who can at least PRETEND they want to be there and respect the clientele. Thank you.
