I saw KARI GARCIA and asked for help about a document. I tried to reason with her but she said no. I explained to her what was going on, but her reaction and comments were disrespectful and dismissive. I asked her to call a provider and explain what was going on, because it is much better to come from her and explain thoroughly. She called the provider, but instead of explaining to the provider nicely about what's going on, she sounded irritated and more so of complaints than being empathetic. She kept saying her husband is in the military, but that part was just blatantly using her husband's job to justify her explanation. That's just another wife trying to boost her ego or whatsoever using her husband's job and that is really uncalled for and unnecessary. She also discussed my issues out in the hallway, and the people out there, now knew my medical issues. She's unprofessional.

PA-C, Garcia K was very good at explaining my diagnosis today. Ms Garcia answered all my questions about the diagnosis and I didnt feel rushed with the information she gave. Thanks Ms Garcia

After being recommended to come here, was provided with no solutions for my son and an in my opinion an unwillingness to even listen. Would rather my child try more medications and kept calling him autistic (even though he is not and Im not in denial about that - believe me we have tested for it in every effort to help our son). After 3 sleeps studies and multiple surgeries still unable to get my child what he needs and he continues to fall further behind. Just sad when doctors are not willing to listen and an another example of a messed up system. Waited 45 mins to see doctor also. Office staff was very kind though.

The whole experience here was definitely worth a rating more than 5 stars!!! Eye opening but worth everything I went through. Been coming here for years and getting a sleep test saved my life!!! If you have problems with sleep or other issues give them a try. Stacey during the overnight sleep test was great!!! Dr. May is a great provider and cares about her patients. Nurse Connie is friendly and professional and makes sure you have everything you need. Updateon my most recent follow up Deborah took my vitals and helped me to get checked in faster. I like the MyChart check in options.
