Rental process was simple and painless. Could have been quicker as they did not seem to have enough staffing. Returns after hours made the process great.

Staff at Elmhurst Enterprise was most accommodating. Check-in and check-out was very efficient. No waiting time at all. I will definitely use Elmhurst Enterprise again

*Update 03/27/24 I called 2 weeks ago about renting a car again. The gentleman who answered the phone let me know Nina was no longer there. I asked for his assistance. I was asking for what I can get with the insurance coverage amount of $27 for a midsized car/smaller SUV. I was quoted 1 really high price for a large SUV. I let him know I wasn't interested in a large SUV and wanted to stay in the insurance range. He never asked for a claim number or when I wanted the car. I was calling 3 weeks in advance. He immediately stated, " I would love to talk to you and answer all your questions, but I am really busy. We don't have a lot of available cars because of spring break. I have to call you back. Im just very busy." Never called me back. I'm not sure what that was about, but what terrible service. You have to be 25 years old to rent a car. I'm just trying to imagine all people traveling in Illinois for their spring break.
Nina is the manager and she is FANTASTIC! I ran into a few issues that were going to set me back. Nina got me everything I needed and more. She called and checked on my situation multiple times and made the process simple and fast. I would highly recommend this enterprise as Nina as the manager. You know your issues will be taken seriously, and you will be treated right.
