      image All the frames for reg glasses were shaped almost exactly the same, just diff colors. There were no other choices. I was surprised bc my families bought many RX glasses in the past there & they used to have many diff shapes & sizes. This time I had to go to another retailer.

      image I was out of state when my only pair of glasses broke. I was recommended to LensCrafters as the place to best help me. I simply took my newest prescription and was greeted by two of the staff. In a very short time, I ordered a pair of glasses, picked out new frames, paid for them and went to lunch. When I came back, they were ready.
      The prompt and friendly service was very impressive and allowed me resume my schedule. As an added bonus, my wife really likes the frames and says I look even younger!
