I had an absolutely amazing experience at this Visionworks (which is usually not the case at other stores). I visited on a Friday afternoon when it was not very busy. They were able to get me in to see the eye doctor, complete a contact assessment, and send me on my way without having to make a follow-up appointment. Employees were very cheerful and kind. I would highly recommend this Visionworks to anyone in the metro.

Only one person working every time we have gone in. No acknowledgment that we have walked in/are waiting when they are helping someone else. Staff was not sure how to use their technology and it took a very long time to get what we needed (one pair of kids glasses).
