The first associate who helped us was soft-spoken I had to ask her twice and she sounded rude. The doctor and the associates who did my glasses were both nice and they showed concern about the health of our eyes. (mine and my daughter's)
The place was clean, except for the frames. I just wish that they had more selections of frames and separated the frames that were already tried on by a customer, you could see the fingermark on the lenses, and not sanitized and people could get sick trying the frames, but other than that I like the Visionworks and I was glad my friend recommend the place to us.

The doctor is absolutely amazing. So easy to work with. The staff are always very friendly.

It was a great experience! I didnt run into any problems or trouble since I had all my information that I needed from my primary eye doctor.
