As always, I had a great experience at this LensCrafters. Both employees were knowledgeable, polite, compassionate, and willing to take time of their very busy day to make sure that I had all the attention that I needed. I was a little leery about the distance doctor experience, but with their cutting edge technology, and went really smoothly. She addressed some other vision problems I was having, and I am looking forward to a solution with my new eyewear! They are upfront about options and take time to explain what everything means.

Jasmine did a phenomenal job doing my tests and facilitating the appointment! She knows her stuff and is so confident doing it! Zima was so fun to work with when I purchased my glasses. I had both of my daughters in to help me pick out frames and she was so patient with me to the very end! Great customer service!!

I accompanied my elderly friend to LensCrafters earlier this week to have his prescription filled. Jasmine helped us for at least one hour with measurements, etc. She was professional as well as friendly, caring, and compassionate. She took her time with us and patiently answered his questions. After we left, my friend (repeatedly) said, "she really knew what she was doing." It means a lot that he felt so pleased and about this experience.
