        Someone said they would call me back in a few minutes. I called 20 minutes later and they said he was busy. I'm still waiting for the call 45 minutes later. They could have just told me to call the 1800 number but instead choose to lie and ignore me.

        Waited in 30 minutes before bank teller could help. This was not the 1st time that this happened. Bank tellers were doing the best that they can and i feel SunTrust should have staffed more people.
