My husband took his car in to have the lifters replaced. He spoke to the technician and was told they knew everything there is to know about that specific motor. While they had the car, they said the starter was going out and needed to be replaced. They did that and the lifters, and when we picked the car up and got it home we realized his radiator hose was misran and laying on the serpentine belt and had gotten a hole rubbed in it. His alternator wire as well as a spark plug wire were also laying directly on the header and got burnt. He also had scratches down the bottom of both sides of the car, which appear to be from a lift, but they denied they caused them. Throughout the entire process they tried to act like there was too much aftermarket stuff under the hood, or there wasn't enough room for everything. The car is practically stock under the hood and we had photos of everything being almost pristine before we took it to them. We took it back and they fixed the hose and wires. After picking it up the second time after driving it maybe 2 times the car would lose power and turn off, and then went into limp mode and wasn't even drivable because one of the wiring harnesses was laying on the header shorting out in the same spot the spark plug wire was prior. Had to have it towed back for them to work on it a third time and they tried to deny their fault in the wiring harness getting burnt up. They refused to pay for the tow and the part, but didn't charge any labor to fix the wiring harness. After picking it up again the car was still losing power and turning off and we realized it was the starter relay which they apparently didn't check before advising replacement of the starter. One of the clips that holds the wiring harness up that was burnt also wasn't snapped in place again. It has been nothing but problems since they touched the car and we gave them every opportunity to make it right. Very poor handeling of business and would never let them work on anything of mine again.

Great service. Friendly employees. Was not happy that I was charged so much for a remanufactures product being place on my vehicle. I thought they were very overpriced.

I just got an oil change yesterday and had NO leaks then went to get an alignment at another shop and they said I needed a few things done before a alignment could be done, but I had NO leaks at that shop either. Took it to Proformance today for a "Second" opinion and they told me quoted me even more and said I had a small leak and needed a radiator hose (which I never had leaks before this) So I'm thinking it's something so small that two other shops and even us couldn't have seen. When I left there and went to clean my vehicle out I had coolant leaking all over the place. And when I called the lady to let her know she acted it wasn't their problem.
We were going to use them to get a few things done and bring our son's truck back for diagnosis. But this place will never receive any business from us Again!!
