      image Today 01/18/24 I visited this store in the international mall, the 2 guys who were serving today do not have the slightest capacity or understanding of what customer service is, I arrived because my cell phone had blocked my sim card and the guy who helped me was not looking for a solution to my problem or was he discriminating against me for arriving in shorts and not with a suit and tie, it seemed like he didn't want to serve anyone, these types of people should not work in customer service, They should train them, I then went to t mobile at the mall de las americas and Valeria's service didn't even compare to how the previous guy treated me, in less than 10 minutes I was out of the store and on my line again.
