        Emily was fantastic. Its taken me a week to write this but she offered a plus customer service form start to finish. She made the process of turning in our rental seamless and easy. She was eager to serve and extremely professional. The guy that was there (didnt get his name) was also very efficient with the return process.

        Absolute nightmare to deal with top to bottom. Didnt have the car they promised they would have for me initially. When that car got hit and run my deductible was taken out even though I have rental car insurance and was covered. Sketchy ghost charge on my card that I havent seen back on my account for months now. Save yourself the headache and go to a different branch
