I am 38 weeks pregnant and a patient here. After being advised to go to the hospital this past weekend due to early labor related issues, I had asked to move my 38 week appointment to earlier in the week. As my first pregnancy, I was hoping for peace of mind as a follow up to the hospital visit. Even though Ive been told multiple times that I should call anytime and theyd be happy to do a check, I was told curtly by the receptionist that they didnt have any spots available and directed me to go to the ER if I had any issues.

Dr. Owens, Dr. Prouse, and all the providers at this location are wonderful. I was seen here throughout my pregnancy and birth of my firstborn. They take the time to listen and explain things in a non-condescending way before they happen, which as a first time mom I truly appreciated. Their guidance, expertise, and decision to rotate doctors was perfect! My primary provider was Dr. Owens, but when my time came early I was paired with Dr. Prouse. Knowing who was taking care of me during such a vulnerable time was priceless; I would not have changed anything about my birthing choices and team. Cannot recommend this place enough!

I have had 5 babies with metro obgyn! And I have had Dr. Owen's. She is amazing caring yet down to earth. She knows what she is doing. I wouldn't go anywhere else or want any other doctor.
She will deliver my 7th baby here in August! Best place to be.

Secretary at the desk was unhelpful and lazy. She entered my insurance information incorrectly and I received a large bill as a result. Gynecologist was good. Would appreciate a little more bedside manner and assistance as a patient at this office. As a provider myself I had higher expectations.

Terrible experience. Horrific wait times for not only my scheduled appointments but any time you call. No clarification from anyone as to which location you are supposed to go to. My doctor, who never asked what my history was and no concept of my pre pregnancy weight, encouraged me to be tight with my food and an extra 300 calories during pregnancy is a myth, which sent me into a spiral. Please dont do here. You have many other choices.
