I loved the doctor I saw my first visit so I returned. I will not be returning after seeing Kristin Simonson the NP. She didnt make me feel comfortable as she had the best recommendations or answers. I was wondering if she was new at her job even? She also was pushing an 800 prescription which no insurance would cover. I left feeling very uneasy. I will be finding a new doctor in the area for sure!

I started coming here earlier this year, once I found out I was pregnant. I absolutely loved it here! The whole team goes above and beyond, and always took their time addressing my concerns. My sister is now pregnant and I told her this is the place to go! I highly recommend Premier!

TLDR: 2 stars for this office, only because of Dr. Mason. Unfortunately, thats not enough to keep dealing with the rest of their antics. Dr. Mason is great - I really appreciate the quality time she spends with me, making me feel heard and answering my questions. Her NP (KristinSimonson) is another story; Ive seen her twice now for medical emergencies (things that needed to be seen in the next few days, not scheduled weeks out) and she is best described as dismissive. In todays visit, she brushed off my questions and concerns or answered with I dont know and a shrug, as if I should decide the answer. It often felt like she was wanting me to answer my own medical questions to the point where I responded with but youre the medical professional and I still got no clear answer. To top it off, she was supposed to call in an antibiotic for me to start taking ASAP, as Ive been dealing with this issue for almost a week and its not gotten better. I checked my King Soopers pharmacy profile an hour after my appt and the prescription wasnt in there, so I called the front office at Premier. I requested for them to email me the scrip so that I could go get it filled myself (I also wanted to take it to a pharmacy closer to my house). After putting me on hold, the guy came back on the line and said they dont like to send scrips to patients because the pharmacy would probably reject it. Ummmm literally never had that issue, and also what do you think the pharmacy drop off window exists for?! I persisted and asked for them to email it to me. He confirmed he would. Just now, I got a text from King Soopers saying Rx in progress. *UPDATE: when I picked up the prescription, it was not what I was told would be prescribed during my office visit. I asked the pharmacist if it was similar to what I was told I would be getting, and she said it was an entirely different class of medication. So, fingers crossed this actually works.* I wish I could recommend Premier the same way someone recommended it (and Dr. Mason) to me. But I am now on the hunt for a new OBGYN.
