Have used Vince in the past and have been generally happy. Came out to take care of a basic issue in Stoneham and charge $350 for about a half hour of work. I know everyone needs to make a living but this is not how to keep repeat customers.

We had a great experience with Vince. Our fridge stopped cooling and he came out that day to look it at. Not only was he very personable, he quickly diagnosed the problem and was back in 2 days once the part came in. During the installation the drawer in our freezer broke, when I called Vince back to let him know he proactively ordered the part and replaced it the next week and only charged us for the part. I highly recommend them for appliance repair

BEWARE! Would not recommend this so called business. Aggressive technician had a bad attitude

Vince showed up to fix the Fridge, $400 later it worked fine.. for a day. I called Vince to let him know, he came back out, said the fridge was dead, took out the part he had installed and said he'd send a refund. Then he stopped answering my calls and texts.
Odd, because he seemed like a decent guy, but when you take a part back and promise a refund that never comes, that's just straight out theft. Call the guy if you want, but don't be surprised if he charges you for parts and then takes them back home with him. Service: Refrigerator repair
