Salesman came out to give us a price. Was extremely rude and had no interest in the job cause it was small. Never sent a quote. If youre not buying large amounts of propane they dont want your business. Look elsewhere!!

I was visiting my Mom & Dad for Christmas when they received a propane delivery. Being a son of elderly parents and naturally concerned for their welfare, I called Eastern Propane and Oil to discuss the possibility of an "Elderly rate" for those on a fixed income. I was ASTONISHED to hear a human voice answer the phone. (I detest automated answering as it is impersonal and lights my already short fuse). The two people I talked to were MORE THAN PLEASANT and VERY HELPFUL. In short, I was extremely satisfied and hung up the phone with a feeling that made me feel like I was just talking to family. Thank you Easter Propane and Oil !!! You made my cantankerous heart smile and feel warm Respectfully yours, Phil Plas

Perhaps I should have looked at the reviews before I committed to Eastern Propane. They are absolutely the worse company that I ever dealt with BEWARE. I was convinced to transfer my home oil account and my business propane account to Eastern Propane by a friend that uses them at his five business locations. In the beginning of our relationship, I set up auto pay for both accounts. Months later, I receive a call from Renna from the credit office threatening to send my account to their attorney for non payment. IU advised them that I set up auto pay and have proof that the payment has been withdrawn from my account. I gave her my business account information and she looked it up. She verified that this account is in good stranding and is being paid by auto pay. She did admit that she was UNAWARE of my business account, even though my name was on the account. Every few weeks we get propane deliveries and at the end of the month payment is withdrawn from our account. NEVER has there been a problem with payment. As far as my home oil account: I received ONE OIL DELIVERY from Eastern since we started doing business in February 23. As stated earlier in this correspondence. I was set up on autopay for both accounts. During my conversation with Renna, she was very condescending and disrespectful, even after I prefaced my conversation with " I'm calling to get this resolved." Every time I tried to speak to her she would interrupt me. After paying the $1100 bill for the oil on my home account, I was ignorantly told that all of my deliveries for propane will have to be pre-paid and "on call"," meaning that we can not receive auto delivery at my restaurant as we have in the past on an account that is in good standing. I was asked for an explanation as to how an account in good standing can be put into this status without cause. I was told that this is the policy. Numerous call to Eastern Propane to speak to someone other than Renna were unsuccessful. My calls and messages fell on def ears. Nobody ever called me back. To my fellow law enforcement partners, BEWARE of the law enforcement discount that they offer. Its an early payment discount that anyone can get, not just law enforcement as they advertise. Eastern Propane, take a good look at yourself!

I've been a customer of Eastern Propane for the past year or so. Unfortunately, after a month of heavy appliance use, I ran out of propane earlier then expected. Eastern Propane had a truck over to me in less than 30-minutes to refill my tanks at 11:30 PM on a Friday night! I'd like to especially recognize Chris who not only refilled my tanks, but walked me through how to read the meter correctly. Chris provided an unbelievable customer service experience from start to finish. He even came inside my home to ensure that all of my appliances were functioning properly. He performed a full leak test and gave me the printed results as well. Despite having to come out late on a Friday night, he did all of this with a smile and was incredibly patient with me. He is a true asset to the Eastern team and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them as a result of my experience in working with Chris. Thank you!
