Greg was great got back to me on a timely manner as our fridge had burnt out . He gave us his professional opinion on whether to repair or buy new . We went with his recommendation onto buy a new unit as the cost would be close to a new unit ( it was an LG refrigerator only 4 years old) it was completely blown out and gone . He recommended Douglas appliance in Danvers and we were able to purchase for the neat day with their finance department . Thank you Greg be calling you soon because my dryer sounds funny . Greg our repairman was great. He quickly fixed the issue with our dryer and came out the same day we called him. Also, considering how quickly he was able to help, it was a decent price for his services. Very personable as well. Service: Washer/dryer repair

I called A+ for emergency service and Greg was excellent! He was able to come out quickly, very knowledgeable and knew exactly how to fix the problem with my dryer. He said he would be there at 10am and sure enough I had a knock on the door at 9:55am. He made sure to be careful and respectful of the area he was working in and cleaned everything up. We have used this company more than once and the last experience I had was so terrible I had to let others know.
I own a grooming salon, and unfortunately due to an emergency I was unable to personally be there, so my groomers and grooming manager met him to fix our leaking washer.
First off they charged $250 travel fee to come to newton, a day late. This has never been a charge we have gotten before, also their website says they serve Newton, and they told us nothing about an additional travel fee before booking the appointment.
The total was almost $500 and he literally just put electrical tape on the hose.
Also, got up on top of the counter that we have above the washer dryer and snapped the counter in half!!!!
So not only did we just pay almost $500 for electrical tape, he also caused damage to my facility that he literally just shrugged about. Im told her was SO over the top loud and intense going on and on about electrical tape and seemed like he was trying to justify the ridiculous charge. When he left the entire staff discussed how stressful the interaction was.
