    I had my door kicked in.i have only been here a few months. I would like to Say thanks to the maintenance supervisor he was there every step of the way. I thought office perssonel would warn the tenants to be aware they send out info informing tenants of upcoming events but not about something as serious as a break in. What is our world coming to people are not considerate at all would you want someone to be concerned about your safety if that was your wouldn't you want to be warned.

    Skunks live under my apartment. This causes health issues for my 7 yr old that was born premature and has lung disease. I asked to be transferred and nothing. I asked to to be let out of my lease and no response. I only get pest control will be there. Meanwhile the skunks dig deeper under the apartment, I hear scratching in my closet. I wake up all hours of the night with the smell. I called corporate and no answer. No one called me back. This is a nightmare. They dont care about their residents.

    Apt to model not the same, floor plan online or the pamphlet they give you didn't match what they are leasing, Not worth it , windows thin apt takes a lot to heat or cool. They don't make repairs they patch it or paint over it. They'll raise your rent without giving any service or give thought to the apt not worth it. Neighbors liter and leave yeah by the door for days when there is no valet service. Which there's no need dumpster right next to the building.

    I am giving two stars simply because my girlfriend and I loved the layout of the apartments and the location. Unfortunately the service we received from Katie wasn't inviting. She wasn't informative, I felt as though she could've been more informational. We wanted to look at an actual unit and she continued to say how it was on the 3rd floor. She didn't seem willing to show us the unit. I did try calling before we made our visit. I called several times. No one answered. In conclusion we went not even two minutes away and found a nice place beautiful area and great customer service. I wouldn't waste your time here.

    I have been here for three years and I can say Mr. David and the maintenance team have been awesome. 2023 was a horrible year for me and I can truly say that Mr. David has been very patient with me. Maintenance always follows up and comes out the same day even when I call them after 5pm. I did want to mention because I see a lot of the negative reviews are based of parking and phone calls. Being that we have so many apartment buildings, it wouldnt be far or even enough space to have 2 parking spots per tenant. One parking spot is completely fair. Visitor parking spots should be limited because they are here to visit not stay. If not having 2 parkings as a tenant and you have multiple cars was an issue why even move in? You get a tour before you move in. And if someone parks in your spot, tow their car. Thats your right because you pay for that parking spot. If they dont answer the phone why not just go up there. Im pretty sure you dont answer the phone every time someone calls you. Send an email. 90% of my communication with the management team is through email. Management can not enforce certain rules if they dont see it happening or if no one lets them know. Send an email. You cant blame everything on management when your neighbors are the issues. Knock on wood! Ive never see a bug or rodents in my apartment and again I have been there three years. Im pretty clean also though so that may be why. Keep up the great work Georgian Management team. You are doing a great job!

We empathize with the frustration experienced by individuals who have fallen victim to crime in the surrounding area. We have and will continue to communicate and cooperate with the police department as they investigate hopefully make arrests. Thank you for the kind compliment about our Service Supervisor.
