You would expect for someone to be attentive to people as they walk in. So far 2 people seen me in the waiting room and didnt even bother to ask if I needed assistance or what they can help me with.. My ratings are based on first time experiences.

If I could give this property a -10 star review I would!! It's really that bad. So much of the time we don't take negative review seriously enough, but they should be taken seriously, and here's why. Don't let the cool building deceive you- otherwise you will be dealing with the WORST property management company you will ever come across. The property manager Shameka literally abused me to try to get me out of a unit. I am a quiet reserved person, I mostly traveled and was rarely home- she would give me lease warnings for stuff like hanging my blanket out to dry on the balcony for 15 minutes. Noise complaints when I was out of town. She even got her boss fired so that she could level up from assistant manager to property manager. Eventually, she racked up lease violations warnings against me for little stuff like parking, blankets, etc. and eventually she gave me a notice to vacate. I was literally shocked. I have always paid my rent in full and on time, have an 800 credit score, and a perfectly clean background. I was in complete shock and tears. There was never a sense of peace and unity living in this community due to a horrible leader. When I tried talking with her about the notice to vacate- she rolled her eyes and wouldn't even look me in the face. Extremely disrespectful behavior. She moved me out of the community within a week (which not only was extremely stressful), but also and made me pay thousands of dollars to finish up my lease and pay for last-minute movers. I LATER FOUND OUT THEY KICKED ME OUT SO THEY CAN RENOVATE MY UNIT AND RENT IT FOR MORE $$$$ !!!!!!! I had one of the best layouts in the building facing sunset, and my unit was highly requested. It all made sense a few months later! As for the non-personal issues with the complex, the elevator never works, there was always pet poop in the hallways, there are gunshots and robberies in the building and neighborhood. The walls are so thin you can literally hear your neighbor's toilet flushing, There are some really creepy criminal type people in this community as well. This building does not feel safe and it was scary living there as a single woman. This was the WORST experience I've EVER had with any landlord/building; I've lived in so many places and have never had issues. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT RENT from this unethical, rude, gruesome company like this. You will regret moving here!

Trinity Loft are the best lofts n Dallas!!!! From the moment we took our first tour with Shameka we changed our minds on the lofts because we could not make up our minds on which loft we wanted she was very accommodating. Shameke was the perfect manager. The most understanding when life changes were happening to us. The building was well taken care of and if there was ever a work order was needed it was taken care of immediately. I would move back n a min if I was not a first time homeowner today. Shameka is family to us and will always be.. we love you girl!!! Now for the last negative review we have never experienced any episodes that was noted and it is hard to believe since all the residents have lived in the building for 8 plus years. We would have Talked about this when we had residents events. So if you are new to Dallas I would totally consider moving to Trinity Lofts. The best place in Dallas!!!!

DO NOT MOVE HERE! First of I should have known this place was not up to par based on Noy review having a lot of thumbs up. I been having problems with this apartment since April and I moved in April it July. I will start with the problems even before I moved first I had planned on moving asap it was the second apt I toured my move was out of the blue so I had to pick something we made agreement with the apartment managers on me moving soon on a friday on the beginning of the month and they agreed that is a perfect time then last minute out of nowhere they said I need to move in on Tuesday so they could clean up and do some maintenance before move in, so I said that is fine because I was ready to move in,so but I was disappointed.The day of my move in day they would not let my internet guy in when they had the keys they said I had a few things to sign that they had not informed me because they said sign everything online, I would have signed everything before hand after I signed and paid everything I was very confused Syd and Shameka were rude after alot of attitude it changed so much they acted like we got your money your moving in we do not have to be nice anymore.I finally moved in my stuff now I was starting my deep clean I do that before I move in no matter how clean it is then I notice nothing was done I was upset i called Shameka she proceeded to disagree with me and lie she did a walk through so there is no way I told her to come to my place to check it out herself she noticed nothing was done she then proceeded to lie that she just looked at the kitchen sink and I had just cleaned it so it was a lie.Mind you I had not slept in two days I was upset, disgusted and uncomfortable my first night in my own place all my stuff was getting germs all over because of the uncleaniness. I asked her what time she would have the housekeeper to clean at my place she proceeded to say she was unsure as if it was nit a priority I had to make sure she made sure she came early and made it a priority they should not be any excuse at all. Then non of the maintenance was done either I do not know why they made me move in late there a lot that needs to be done till this day since April. Marcus the maintenance man does not like to do his job you can tell a switch of mine is not working till this day, a light that needs to be fixed , two of my stove tops are not working theres a leak in the sink thats been going on. One time it was raining my ceiling started leaking it was making a noise and leaking on my stuff it was around 3am I called him to fix it since it was on emergency he did not want to get up I had to beg him till this day the spot was not fixed up he said I need to put in a work order for it. I had to wait for him for about a couple hours I could not sleep till it was fixed. Recently I put in a work order he send he a text saying he completed it but I was hone the whole time no one came to fix anything. Since I moved in its just horror the elevator takes 10hours to work to. They had not showed me where to put trash,boxes or get a cart they only showed me all that after I had spoken to coporate one time they let to men in without my consent when I was not here they where expecting me to be gone for a long time but they could not let a internet guy I consented to come in the excuse was we were gonna bring a work order to inform you we forgot .The only time they were nice was after I had told corporate my issues with them. Then recently she lied about something then I went to corporate about then she told me the truth. They have horrible management right now I looking at apartments I was gonna renew my lease but not anymore after all these issues I suggest look at bishop arts better prices and management. I can not break my lease because I worried it will affect my credit so I will see it through right now I was suppose. I could right more but that is to much but yeah choose wisely.
