As the amenities are good but the fact you have to have someone stand next to your car and wait or you will be towed. We live in the complex and part of a visitor parking spot by the time we walked from our car. It was towed at 10:31 it was towed and we pulled in at 10:30 we didnt even have the ability to walk into the building scan the QR code has the predator truck driver drove around to basically steel and affect the residence of this building. This is something that we will definitely keep in mind when we decide if we want to make sure and sign a lease with this company seeing as they make my head over fist and thats all they choose to do and they do not help anyone else when it comes to the fact of stealing cars.

We have thoroughly enjoyed living here! As empty nesters establishing our "new" lifestyle, it has everything we were looking for -- a walkable lively neighborhood, top notch security, fantastic amenities, and a building that doesn't feel like a frat house. The friendliness of the other residents and staff have been an added bonus. We have yet to have an occasion where we've doubted our decision to live here.

The Ascent Victory Park Apartments have been absolute JOY to live at. I have lived here since May '21 moving across the country and can't imagine choosing anywhere else to stay. Despite the mixed reviews, I would encourage always checking out the complex for yourself. If you're looking for a warm community, local walking distance to everything (entertainment, grocery, city trail, restaurants) THIS is the place for you. Between the views in the TOP FLOOR gym, the infinity pool outlooking AA stadium, and the 2 floor business center (which I reserve to bring my team to for working events) The Ascent has everything and more. This review may come across cheesy, but this apartment building has helped me build community, host my work team, walk to Mav games, and truly see the best of what Dallas has to offer. Maintenance has never taken more than a day to resolve problems, Manny/Arath (concierge) has ensured all my packages, ubereats and guests were taken care of, and Madelynn, Rachel, Everett in leasing have ALWAYS picked up the phone, responded to emails, addressed me BY NAME, and asked for my thoughts and opinions when it comes to events, ideas to incorporate, and improving the Ascent. I have since had 3 friends move into the Ascent (and stopped to interact with folks touring the building). Check the Ascent out for yourself or ask the leasing office if it's possible to speak to residents on your tour! (extremely cheesy but more than happy to take the time to leave this for a team that's been so helpful!)
