If I could give you zero, I would, we have required their services for 8 years now, and since they stopped being Tonis Insurance, this became a disaster, a group of inefficient, lazy people. I got tired of dealing with them because every time I went they said we're going to call you and they never called me, I went again and they never resolved anything for me, we had personal and commercial insurances with them. The only commercial agent they have in this office, named Gio, is an inefficient person, he couldn't even get us the new quotes, he always said I'll call you when I have them ready and he never called us even though we went several times to talk to him. In the end we decided to change to another insurance agency.
