        I was a customer for years with farmers insurance always paid my bills and never made a claim. Sold my vehicle and tried to cancel my policy. Apparently you can't cancel your insurance with this company. Now they sent my bill to a collection agency for insurance on a vehicle I don't own. They don't return calls to rectify the situation. The worst part was dealing with Robert Irving, he is the rudest most unprofessional person I've ever dealt with. My next step is to contact the better business bureau.
