Deliver the wrong items, cant come back with the correct items for another week. Give no courtesy call prior to delivery and just show up randomly, leave 1 minute before we meet them, call the delivery driver who had just pulled away and they wont come back for another week. Makes no sense whatsoever and will NEVER do buisness here again.

The newly remodeled Weirs store on Knox is nothing like the original store. Not a good selection, not a knowledgeable staff as they used to have, and the Country Store is a joke. Have bought many things over the years, and it was attractive store. It is not anymore. Dont waste your time going in there. They should pack it up and close up shop.

Weirs became my go to furniture store last year. I purchased a couch a year ago and it was such a great experience I came back to get a couple of other pieces. Eloise was so nice, we came in looking for an end table, decided to get the matching coffee table and another piece. She showed us around the store and found a nice entertainment cabinet with a finish that matched some existing pieces we have. I love that they can deliver within days.
