This place is how you buy a Mattress in 2014! Me and my wife have always avoided the subject and hesitant to go mattress shopping the same regards to the process of car shopping. You are always left dealing with greasy sales people who put a lot of pressure on you with catch phrases and call outs to their products. My wife had heard great things about this place from one of her friends at Church, so we decided to stop in on a Saturday to find out for ourselves. The contrast couldn't be any clearer. Earlier that day, we had gone to a Sleep Mattress store and found ourselves confused and put into pressure for a decision by their employees. Neither of us had really enjoyed any of the mattresses shown to us and the information was very vague. Upon arriving at Urban Mattress, the owner, Jordan greeted us and asked if we would like a beverage. The conversation turned into an open forum where he discovered the situation we were in and the issues we were having. Through that he began navigating us through his show room of wonderful beds continually conversing with us to help identify what makes the best sense. This was a no hassle experience, and felt like I was talking to an old college friend. He thoroughly explained the benefits and details of each bed down to the specific makes of the wool and production process. Mattress knowledge is something that my wife and I are not equipped with or would like to be informed on. But its comforting to work with someone that really knows their stuff. Compared to the other stores, you could clearly see the difference between a "sales" person and a mattress owner who live by their product. After spending over an hour discussing and laying down on multiple beds, we wanted some more time to think about what was best for us. Jordan left us with all the contact information and did not ask or push for anything else. As soon as we got home and got into our bedroom, we both looked at each other and knew that we needed to go back to his store immediately and get our new Mattress! Jordan saw us arrive a little later he helped complete the purchase process. He was very clear with the information and set our new bed for delivery immediately. His team arrived at our house, brought our new mattress to our bedroom and set it up completely. They gave us additional information and adjustments that we could make if needed. Jordan also provided us with his personal number and wanted us to contact him if we had any issues what so ever. We couldn't be more thrilled with our decision and so lucky that we worked with Jordan and Urban Mattress. No one should ever have to be put in a position by a sales person to make a unjust decision quickly, and Jordan's store realizes that so you have a great experience and wonderful outcome. The service I received by the Owner and his staff was great. As soon as I walked in the door I could tell this was different from any other mattress store. I got a very warm and kind greeting as soon as I entered the store. Very impressed by their knowledge of the products they are selling, and the time they took to make sure all of our questions were answered. The best part about buying from them is knowing that a little bit of their proceeds go to help the community. Keep up the great work Urban Mattress, and I look forward to doing business with you again soon!

Urban Mattress has the best customer service I've ever experienced at a mattress store. I didn't feel like I was an inconvenience to the sales man like I have in other mattress stores. The environment was comfortable, the service was excellent, and I love my purchase!

The guys were incredibly honest because they only have amazing products. Having my Sherwood mattress for 3 months now has been unbelievable. In my decades of life, this bed has given me the best sleep of the 3 other beds I've had before this. The company was happy to switch out the mattress for me if I had a problem. However, they provided all the information I knew I needed and more, so I never needed to go back. They don't have sales because their prices never change from their unbelievable low rate, and the beds are of very high quality. Definitely a good place to invest your sleep for the next decade and more.

This place is wonderful! I would highly recommend it!! If you think you want to buy from another place, I would encourage you to go in to Urban Mattress and just give them a chance first. You won’t regret it! Their business model is unique to this industry and they are extremely fair, year round. If you get to talk with Jordan (the owner) about why he opened the store and his heart for helping people, you will definitely become an instant fan. I spent over an hour trying different pillows on all the different mattresses, laying on all of them and hearing all the pros and cons to each. They were extremely patient with me and knowledgeable on the differences making sure to spend time to talk with me about my personal preferences and any issues I was looking to alleviate. They will even setup delivery and take care of your old mattress so you don’t have to worry about any of that which is awesome! If you’re in the market for a mattress, pillow, or just simple advice, Urban Mattress will definitely help you out with fair prices and no haggling!
