RON made the whole experience classy and worth it!!! From the moment I set my foot in front of the hotel I felt taken care of, special and welcomed. Ron introduced me to the concierge duo, and Malik and the young lady in the lounge - whose name escapes me - he helped create a welcoming environment, one of safety and exclusivity. Yes, the hotel needs some update and water pressure help in the morning but - the excellent staff makes up for all of it!

Mr.Phillip Powell is a great guy, very nice and gentle to every guess here, a value employee. My husband misplaced his cane and Phillip took time to look for it. Today at 9:45 a.m, my daughter and her friends needed to find a bathroom fast due to an emergency, they searched for a restaurant in Google Maps and found Starbucks. In this establishment, Starbucks is part of the hotel; so when they entered they searched through the restaurant for the bathrooms but they werent any. Due to Starbucks being connected to the hotel, my daughters friend went to go ask the front desk lady of this hotel if she could use the bathroom. The front desk lady said yes and gave her directions, so my daughters friend went, and my daughter and her other friend went to wait for her at the gift shop. In this gift shop, they were looking around to see what they could buy from Dallas, like a shirt or a souvenir, when my daughter and her other friend were walking around the lady working at the gift shop called the security guard on them to watch them around the store. Not to mention, every time they went to look in the back for shirts the lady would just stare up at the cameras at them. Once they noticed that the security guard was just following them around they stood at the front of the gift shop waiting for the friend in the bathroom and left this gift shop and this establishment. I can understand the need to be on alert in luxury places like this, but when it comes to calling a security guard on three high school girls who just happened to be a searching for souvenirs or gifts to bring to their families from Dallas is a bit absurd. I hope this establishment stops their racial profiling, especially since my daughter and her friends are of Latino descent and the lady who worked on the gift shop was white, and didnt even bat an eye when a white homeless man came in and started looking around and going in the back, opening his backup and putting stuff inside. Thank you.
