Very welcoming when we came for a tour , neat clean and laid back community " from what I seen" I'm looking forward to trying to move in . Tour agent was really nice. I took a star from my very first appt blunder. But they made up for that

Good morning, the front desk person, Ms. Maria, has given me excellent attention and helped me in some processes. However, they should improve the maintenance area because sometimes it takes a while to respond.

Rent isnt bad, and the location is good relative to grocerie stores, the mall, etc. The food truck at the front of the complex is actually awesome (definitely recommend the food truck, 5 stars for them). Would only recommend this conplex if budget is an issue.
Poor overall experience with office management. Emails are rarely answered in a timely manner. Personally experienced an issue with them moving us into a unit that upon first viewing was found to be obviously un-liveable due to pests. They moved us into another until quickly after being shown the issue, but there were several problems that came up after the swap due to poor paperwork management on their end. Had to dispute several months worth of properly paid rent payments after they tried to double charge us for the unit that was infested, persistent issues with neighborhood kids pulling fire alarms and banging on doors ding-dong ditch style, trash dumpsters are poorly maintained as members of the community don't seem to really care to use dumpsters properly anyway (leading to said infestation issues), and good luck trying to reach anybody who works there at all for anything.
