        The new toilet and floor is great and much needed. Maybe the vanity and mirrors could be next to complete the bathroom. Maintenance has been quick to repair items when I call. Friendly. The common areas are in need of updating and neighbors with pets need to house train them so that don't impact neighbor balconies and common areas.

        I was locked out on the Thursday the 20th 2023 I call the maintenance office at about 7pm they told me someone is coming. I stayed for more than 4hrs no one came so I had to sleep in my car. Today Friday 21st 2023 I called at 9:08AM it's past 10Am now still nobody has come am still outside. I am very disappointed with the maintenance services of this apartment.
