The new manager and apm I would have to say are extremely good at what they do. Even though I live onsite I used to be the apm (2months only) and I must say I am grateful for someone who knows the industry. Thank you for coming onboard and keep up the good work.

Heather is turning the property around. Im confident it will turn around in 2024. 3 bedrooms are extremely spacious.

Worst management team ever. Forcing people to pay for services they did request for. Cant wait to move out. Previous management team was awesome. Wish there was a 0 star. Just saw the response about having the best maintenance team, all lie, how are you able to rate your maintenance team that lasts for less than a month, even the ones you contract do not last. I have an unresolved issue Im my apartment for over a month and you day your maintenance team is the best, I wish the previous landlord can buy the property back before it is run down.

I was really looking forward to touring today! The apartments look nice from the outside and I was referred by a current resident. I had a tour scheduled, received a confirmation email, showed up on time, and the leasing office was not open. I called, no answer. That was disappointing. Hopefully Ill get a call back and we can tour soon.
