I am so sorry that we did not meet your expectations. Thank goodness we do not get these type of reviews often. We do not have any tweekers staying with us, but my apologies if people were allowing the doors to self close after 10pm; I admit, that is aggravating for me. For anyone reading this review, please shut your door quietly at any hotel after 10pm for the courtesy of others.
