The staff is very friendly, Ive always thought highly of Marriott however after this experience I am no longer a fan. My room was infested with something. Idk if it was bed bugs, dust mites or fleas but I was getting bit. When I advised the front desk of my experience they didnt handle it properly. The only thing they did was send someone up to check out my room and that was it. When I did another complaint about it as a follow up due to bug bites still appearing on my body, they told me that I was having an allergic reaction to their cleaning supplies. I left shortly after due to nothing being offered to accommodate me such as switching rooms ect. I was not reimbursed and in addition was charged for incidentals when I left the room in the same condition as received. I will never stay here again and I would not recommend someone else stay here either.

Absolutely disgusting!  My wife and I got in late on Friday night and fell asleep shortly after we got to the room.  On the way up to our room we were hit by the strong smell of pot throughout the whole hotel.  We woke up in the morning and my wife was COVERED in flea bites.  I pulled back the sheets on the bed and the entire bed was covered in fleas.   Looking around the room further we found them in the couch and all over the carpet.  The entire room was infested.  We also discovered that morning that the kitchen faucet was falling out and the shower head was so loose it was leaking into the back wall.  My wife ended up having A severe reaction to the flea bites and is not on meds to clear it up.  I went down to the front desk, we didn't even get an apology and she didn't look the least bit surprised.  She moved us to a second room where the toilet was broken.   So then I went down again and she moved us to the room right next door to the flea infested room.   That third room even had a bunch of broken stuff.   When she gave us that third room she admitted that the hotel was closing down and would be converted to a homeless shelter!   I wouldn't even let the homeless stay in this dump.

Room and hotel lobby smelled like smoke, but for the price it was a fine stay. Had some issues connecting to wifi but staff was very helpful Rooms : 3/5 | Service : 5/5 | Location : 4/5 More

The hotel is a dump , looks like never been cleaned. Surprised that its still a Marriott property. Marriott should break the association ASAP. Hallways are so dirty. Cant walk in the room as the carpet is very stained and dirty Rooms : 1/5 | Location : 1/5 More

This was definitely not what I expected. Looks of the hotel were very deceiving. The staff was okay/decent. Upon entering our room, the room was filled with the smell of cigarettes which didnt go away our entire stay. The bed and sofa bed was hard and very uncomfortable. The dishes in the room are outdated. They are like the pans that came out before stainless steel pans were invented. When I tried to make breakfast, the pans would burn and not cook the food.The dishes were dirty as well. The bathroom tub was stained with dirt which was gross. I had to wear my shoes in the shower I didnt want my feet to touch the tub. The carpet was extremely dirty which ruined my socks. I forgot to mention that people actually LIVE in this hotels also. Its a lot of traffic in and out. I will NOT be staying here again or recommend. This hotel is very filthy, poor, and outdated.
