Arriving at Ms. Elsies Caribbean B&B for our 18th wedding anniversary weekend was one stay that is forever going to be unforgettable! Mrs.Cheryl welcomes you home The moment you arrive and truly it is home away from home! I have never felt so at ease and peaceful in any other place. my husband and I have stayed! Ms. Cheryls caring spirit is inviting solely. We had the privilege of staying in the Kings Suite and it was immaculate, no dirt anywhere.the three second golden rule if you were to accidentally drop anything on the floor would never need to be applied here; thats how clean this bed and breakfast is!!! The most comfortable king size bed and soft, nice pillows. Soft sheets that have you sleeping like a baby. May I just add, you will always have a nice, hot shower. The breakfast, where do I start?! The decor, the detail, for whatever your occasion may be even down to what she wears as she prepares your meal is the most personalized addition to your stay! The three-course breakfast 0MG!!!! Youll definitely have a personal chef! The Caribbean style breakfast was so delicious and delightful! You will not be hungry for hours, if any at all the rest of the day! The personal conversations we had left you feelings the love she displayed and the reason this is her calling! Just know that this is definitely one of Charlottes BEST kept secrets. If you want a little getaway with your girlfriends/boyfriend/partner or spouse check this place out. You will be wowed!! Location is not bad for anywhere you want to go in Charlotte.

We have gained new family with Cheryl. This place was a hidden gem for us as we rented out the entire space to host extended family while visiting the city. There was so much love, thought, detail, and all around excellence put into every element of the home that we all were speechless and grateful for the ability to share this with our family. The food was the most excellent and the service from her staff felt like a high end restaurant. Rooms: Each room has been beautifully decorated and themed from the vision and inspiration from her late grandmother. It was such an honor to be in this space. Safety: Great area in the city and no safety concerns during our stay. Noteworthy details: Everything that took place here was done with so much love and beautiful energy!

When I arrived after a long drive, I was greeted like family. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and quiet. I also appreciated the decor. I can only describe my dining experience the following morning as magical. Every course was memorable and delicious. The presentation, service, and attention to detail had me wowed. I left wanting to immediately book another visit. Check out Ms. Elsie's if you looking to celebrate an anniversary and want a romantic breakfast with your partner or if you're visiting Charlotte and seeking a unique dining experience to start your morning.

5 star does not not define this bed and breakfast, as it will exceed your expectations. When you first walk in, you can not only smell the cleanliness, you can feel it. The hostess (Cheryl) of this unique bed and breakfast is one of a kind, and aims to please her guests. She make you feel at home as soon as she opens the door. She has a special gift of individualizing your stay with her. She is a phenomenal chef with great staff that supports her mission. Words cannot describe this inspirational, and amazing woman. She will definitely make your stay memorable.
