Katrina is my girl! Her kindness is unmatched! We had a reservation for one room but later into the night we were in need of an extra room. It was 1am & Katrina was kind, understanding, & eager to help. Me & the guys in the band appreciate your patience & your swift response that night. You made our stay that night in Charlotte very easy on us. Your heart is bigger than the whole sky! Even though the hotel is under construction it was still a decent stay. Also, free parking & free breakfast? We will be back!

Accommodations were typical, but for some reason, 2 of the 3 entrances are locked after dark, and no one told us.

Stayed here for one night before heading to the Caribbean for vacation, this hotel is clean and accommodating. The staff was very friendly and helpful and our vehicle was safe at this hotel!

It was the perfect way to start the day, with plenty of choices to satisfy both hearty and light eaters alike.Additionally, the convenience of the airport shuttle service cannot be overstated. This thoughtful amenity added an extra layer of appreciation for the hotel's commitment to guest convenience and satisfaction. It ensured a hassle-free transfer to and from the airport, making the travel experience smoother and more enjoyable.Based on my experience, I would not hesitate to stay at the Hampton Inn in Charlotte, NC, again.
