one time i went with my aunt to pay for something (this was like 5 years ago) and my aunt gave the lady working there $50 dollars , the lady asks for the $50 again 10 minutes and the lady acts as if never got the $50.

I went to this location to get my passport and was completely prepared with all the necessary documents, per the checklist. The lady that "assisted" me had no interest in helping me whatsoever. I was polite & respectful, and was spoken to like I'm an idiot ( as mentioned by others on here). This location was the one that was provided to me yet I was told this was the wrong location. She did not even look at my reservation number or documentation that I had with me. I suggest going to a local library and avoid this location, especially if you need any "assistance"!

Absolutely disgusting racist person that works at the passport section. She or he talks to their people in a good way then treats everyone else with a nasty attitude like he or she owns the place. That person was flirting with the customer and asking her to go out for lunch and were having inappropriate conversations with each other. He/ she kept asking us to come back later to finish their inappropriate conversation while I was waiting to be seen over 35 minutes beyond my appointment time. Then I was told he/ she is going to get lunch. I believe they dont about anybody but certain people. Thats so sad and ridiculous.

Do NOT come here for help with your passport. The woman working there is so rude. I asked for simple help and got nothing but a horrible attitude and she treated me like a was an idiot.
