        I work for USPS. I have worked at the window. The customers are suppose to have everything ready before they are called to the front of the line. And if they are not ready they are suppose to step to the side and you wait on the next customer!!!!!!!!

        Been awaiting on item since Jan 31 it is now March 6 . Their lazy customer service on Facebook keeps telling me they emailed the local PO and I heard nothing back other than 1 call where they said they would follow up in 3 days and never did. Never bothered to update, deliver item or reimburse On top of that this is a tobacco product and it is a tobacco store right by the P.O I paid extra for shipping for a reason yet now they keep repeating to drive to pick up a item they don't even know if they have ... I could have just brought directly from tobacco store if that was the case What kind of lazy shipping company keeps telling you to drive to the post office to pick up an item you paid extra to have SHIPPED and has not updated since Jan 31!!!

        Constantly have packages marked as "delivered in/ at mailbox" but they won't show up for days if at all. So sketchy. Extremely disappointing.
