The lady at the passport window is an absolutely miserable human being. She hates her life and is nothing but rude, condescending and unhelpful for no reason. She tried to cancel my appointment while having a newborn with me and made me come back for a whole separate appointment. I ended up rescheduling to the chapel hill post office because she is so horrible

What a beautiful building! I can see this location getting busy and you have to pay for parking so it's not an easy location by any means but it's well worth a visit just to see it on the inside since it is almost a time capsule. I was treated very well and have no complaints but probably during busy times and due to COVID wait times must be lengthy. Go and see it!

My package was dropped off by UPS to this location on 12/03/21. It has been 12 days since it was delivered to this location….is has yet to be processed. However the tracking number link i click on tells me, and has told me every day since 12/03/21, that it will be here by the end of the day on the 6th, 7th, 8th, 9th, and so on. How can it be in transit if it was never processed? Somebody at that post office stole my package and i am very very upset about it. I have never had an issue with receiving a package until now. This is the first time it has gone through this post office. Very unsatisfactory service provided by these people. You can’t even get in contact with anyone other than an automated person. Will be heading up there in the morning, 40 minute drive, to find my package. Not okay.
